PAYMENT POLICY
Medical services are provided at both Yorkshire Clinic and Airedale General Hospital. The medical secretary will issue an invoice after your consultation for you to pass onto your insurance company. Bupa healthcare is invoiced directly and we are moving to e-billing for other providers. All of the major health insurances companies can be accomodated; but please check with your company the level of cover you have to avoid unexpected bills.
Please be aware that with any health plans, there may be deductibles and copayments for which you could be responsible.

What billing or insurance information will I receive?
You will receive an invoice (except for Bupa; we will invoice directly). Please forward the invoice to your insurance company.
Why am I getting bills from a physician?
Each physician who provides professional services will send you a separate invoice for both consultation and treatment provided including injections. You will be invoiced for blood tests, imaging and any drug consumed seperately.
